Recycling with .decimal

We have added updates to our recycling program and we would love for you to try it out. Due to the volume of raw metals we recycle we are able to offer more money in most cases than your local recycler can. These prices are subject to change without notice so check often for current rates.

If you are interested in recycling with us, just follow these simple steps:

Step One: Fill Out a Customer Setup Recycling Form
Available on our website or by contacting Kym Rupp, fill out our Customer Setup Form and you’re ready to recycle. Submit this form or send it to us by email or fax. We will then send you the form that you need, prepaid UPS labels, and packing slip pouches to put the forms in.

Step 2: Gather all your used compensators and filters
Place all used filters and compensators in a box. Please try not to overfill the boxes. .decimal boxes can hold up to 50 lbs. Complete a Customer Recycling Reimbursement form (EMSF-21), and tape the box securely (tape the top, bottom and the corners to give the box a little more support). Fold and place the form in the provided “packing list enclosed” pouch and affix to the top of the box.

Step 3: Give the box to UPS
Any UPS driver should be able to pick up the box whether they are delivering or picking up. If you do not have a regular delivery or pickup you may drop off packages at any UPS pick up location or contact Kym Rupp to schedule a pick up. Please do not call UPS for a pickup; there will be a $10 pick up charge to your site.

Step 4: We send you a check
Once we receive the shipment, we will send you an email to confirm that it has arrived. The metal is then removed from the box and weighed. .decimal will then issue and mail the check to the name and address which is listed on the Customer Setup Form (EMSF-29).

It is our goal to offer a service that is not only beneficial to the environment but also beneficial to your facility by bringing value in reducing your time involved in handling scrap metal, while adding dollars to your bottom line. If you have any suggestions or questions in regards to our recycling program feel free to contact me at anytime. Our goal cannot be accomplished without the assistance of you, our valued customer.
